He has grown through the ranks, starting as a pipefitter and advancing to Site Manager, before ultimately assuming his current role as Operations Director. Throughout his career, Rafal has successfully managed a wide range of complex mechanical projects, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges that arise when working with tight timelines and demanding schedules.
In his role, Rafal is responsible for meticulously planning all construction activities before they are carried out, ensuring that each phase of the project is aligned with the company’s core priorities: Safety, Quality, and Timely Delivery. His natural commitment to doing things the right way, combined with a strong work ethic, allows him to consistently oversee the successful execution of projects to the highest standards, often ahead of schedule.
As Operations Director, Rafal also manages the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with a talented team of engineers to maintain the quality and timely delivery of every project, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. Rafal’s hands-on approach, attention to detail, and leadership ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standard, every time.
Kelly plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the business. As our Accounts Manager, she oversees all day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring that every financial process is handled with precision and in accordance with regulations. Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of financial management is integral to the smooth operation of our company.
Kelly joined the team shortly after the business was founded and has been with us every step of the way, working tirelessly to establish and maintain sound financial practices.
